Notice on the processing of personal data

2. Purposes and legal basis

Performance of the requested conversion service (contract or pre-contractual steps). Abuse prevention on guest sessions (legitimate interest, to be validated). Legal duties. Marketing: only with consent, not active in this version. Advertising: product flag off; the register category exists for completeness and does not imply active networks.

3. Categories of data

Uploaded files, technical metadata (type, size, fingerprint), job status, mail address if enrolled, session cookies, consent choice. Document contents are not profiled for advertising, analytics or model training.

4. File retention

Free plan: deletion within 60 minutes of input and output. Paid plans: 24 hours at most. OCR temporaries: minutes. No permanent backup of user PDFs is provided. Detail: deletion times.

5. Processing without an account

It is admitted. The guest session is identified by a technical cookie. Without enrolment, no consultable history is kept beyond retention.

6. Transfers and sub-processors

Infrastructure intended in the European Union. List: sub-processors. Assisted summary or translation is off by default.

7. Analytics

Only with consent. Intended payload: mark, tool, outcome, bytes, duration. Not the file name, not the contents.

8. Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, complaint to the authority. Account deletion: Account page. Metadata export: on request to privacy@cifradocs.it.

9. Cookies

See the cookie notice. Categories: necessary, analytics, advertising (not in use on this service), preferences. Analytics remain off without consent. No advertising network is active.
