Draft for review. Analytics do not start without an explicit choice. Product advertisements on Cifradocs remain off. The advertising category is kept in the register for completeness, with no active networks.
1. Necessary
Session cookies (account or guest), plan limits and recording of consent. Without them the service cannot distinguish quota or remember the choice.
2. Analytics
Off by default. If enabled, they measure aggregate use: tool, outcome, size, duration. They include neither the file name nor the text.
3. Advertising (not in use)
A category kept in the register for completeness. Product advertisements remain off on this service: no advertising network is active and no advertising scripts are loaded. A choice in this category does not switch advertisements on. Cifradocs does not use file contents for advertising profiling.
4. Preferences
Optional recollection of non-essential settings, including the interface language if chosen via the selector.
5. Retention of the choice
A copy is kept in the browser. A copy may be sent to the service for the consent register, associated with the session or account, not with file contents.
6. Third parties
Updated list: sub-processors. While analytics remain off and product advertisements disabled, no third-party meters or advertising networks are loaded.
